Planning permission drawings

A common question when renovating older houses is what to do when the original drawings only exist on paper, but the municipality requires digital drawings for the renovation. We start by making a digital, computer-drafted copy of your paper drawings. From there, it’s easy to make changes to your specifications.
Know before you build
All our computer drawings are based on 3D models, so you can also see a visual representation of what your idea will look like with your own eyes, before you even submit the planning permission documents.
Architectural services
For those who want to build something entirely their own, we offer architectural services.
We start by meeting for an open conversation where you share your ideas and we listen to your thoughts, feelings and functional requirements, and together create a few concept sketches (rough artistic drafts). You’re always in the driver’s seat, choosing the option you’re most happy with, and telling us throughout the process what you’d like to change. Meanwhile, we answer your questions and concerns. Once you’re happy with the artistic impression, we move on to a first revision of the design, modelling and architectural drawings.
Once you’re completely satisfied, all the material is handed over to you and you can start planning your construction process.
Structural drawings and calculations
If you want to renovate and make changes to load-bearing structures, you almost always need planning permission and must attach structural calculations (strength calculations) to the documents.
We help you with professional calculations for your planning permission application. We can also prepare structural drawings for new construction.
